Are all the ingredients really natural and organic?

Yes, at ORIRE Organics we go through great length to use unrefined, natural and organic butters for our creams. Our oils are also ALWAYS cold pressed, unrefined and natural. 

 

What if I have allergies to certain oils and butters?

Please let us know your allergy and we should be able to accommodate your need.

Can I get a full list of your ingredients?

Yes, we are able to provider our customers with a full list of our ingredients.

Which company are the packages shipped through?

We ship the packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. We ship domestically only.

What is the shipping process?

As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for processing of your order before it shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to upload in the system.

During summer months, in an attempt to prevent our butters from melting while in transit, we freeze them overnight after making them. So, if you receive your product and it is still frozen, please kindly set your products out in room temperature and it should be good to use after a few hours.

Also in an effort to be sustainable and environmental conscious, our products are packed using recycled paper products. Our packaging might not be "pretty" but we desire to focus on creating great natural products and making it available at an affordable price. 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days. 

What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my product?

If you are dissatisfied with your products, please send an email to contact@orireorganics.com with your order number and what product you are dissatisfied with.

Please be aware that the consistency of these products may vary due to the use of natural and organic products. As well as shipping condition. Also product might melt in temperature over 75%. Refrigerate to re-harden as needed.

What is the refund policy?

No refund is provided, all sales are final. However, we can offer refund on a case by case basis depending on the issue. 

Where is the company located?

ORIRE Organics is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

What do I do if a product is sold out?

Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates.  You may sign up for restock notifications on the website.

Where can I buy your products?

We sell products at orireorganics.com, ethnicdistrict.com and on amazon.com, just search for our company name. We have a shelf space at K-arise store, Dreamcast store in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

What products are suitable for use on babies?

All products are safe for infants, except for products with lemon, and turmeric oil. Also we do not recommend the use of the African Black Soap Body wash on children younger than 2 as the soap can sting their eyes if care is not taken as it is not tear free. 

Can I add products on to my order once it is completed?

Yes, just send us an email and an updated invoice will be sent to you. 

What else can I do with my cream jar (containers)?

You are able to re-use our body butter jar as a safer alternative to plastic Tupperware.
